  • Natural killer (NK) cells, and how these cells develop in the body. 
  • Platelet transfusions, in particular the role of cellular immunity in regulating platelet clearance in platelet refractoriness.
  • Autoantibodies in the pathogenesis of neutropenia in children. The role of cellular immunity in neutropenia.

Professor of Immunology at Karolinska Institutet. Specialist in Clinical Immunology and Transfusion Medicine at the Karolinska University Hospital. Responsibility for serological diagnostics of patients with neutropenia.
