Participants are free to choose their own accommodation. 

However we have received a special offer  from the impressive "Porto Venaziano Hotel" in the Venezian Old Harbor of Chania, 5 minutes walk from the location of the conference. 

Participants who will be formally invited, will receive instructions and a booking code to receive the special offers.
