My research focuses on the interplay between cell-intrinsic and cell-extrinisc factors affecting the ontogeny and evolution of immune-mediated diseases. A particular area of experise for my team is the analysis of antigen receptor gene repertoires by next generation sequencing. Since 2018, I coordinate the Hellenic Precision Medicine Network in Oncology.
